How to Download Android 4.4 KitKat Launcher APK and Install it
Download the Android 4.4 KitKat Launcher APK from here. Once download place the zip file on your desktop and extract it using your favorite tool.
You will find there .apk files named PrebuildGMSCore.apk, Velvel.apk and GoogleHome.apk. Connect your phone to your computer through USB cable and transfer all of these 3 files to your SD card.
Now disconnect your phone from your PC and navigate to the folder where you have transferred these files. Install these apps in the order i.e. Install PrebuildGMSCore.apk first, then Velvel.apk and then at the end GoogleHome.apk.
Once installation is done, you will see the new Android 4.4 launcher icon in your apps list. Simply tap on that launcher icon to open it.
